Job Summary

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Specialist with solid experience using the BIPO HRMS payroll system. The successful candidate will manage the payroll operations for 800+ remote overseas employees across multiple markets. This role works closely with regional HR teams and ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle monthly payroll for 800+ remote overseas staff using BIPO HRMS.
  • Verify payroll inputs including OT, allowances, commissions, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary processing in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll data in the BIPO system.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and month-end summaries.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate with HR teams across regions on onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Assist with statutory filings, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Support HR operations and other assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a regional or high-volume environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience with BIPO HRMS (Payroll Module).
  • Skilled in managing sizeable payroll groups (800+ employees).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
