A human resources firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll process, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and proficiency in HR software, especially SAP. This role offers a competitive salary package and various professional development opportunities.
Payroll & HR
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, CPF contributions, and leave entitlements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (employee data, performance reviews, disciplinary actions).
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings on time.
Finance
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and issue monthly billing invoices, and reconcile payments using SAP.
Process vendor and inter-company payments via online banking.
Generate and review finance reports to support monthly financial closing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a payroll and HR management role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR and payroll software; SAP experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with strong compliance and record-keeping skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and task prioritization skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across all levels.
CEI and/or iHRP certification preferred.
