About the client

Our client is a prominent banking institution in Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

Growing and Supporting Business Growth

  • Joint client visits with Relationship Managers (RMs/ BU) to promote and publicise cash management products include but not limited to trade products functions, Fixed Deposit (FD/TD), Foreign Exchange (FX) requests, Global/TWD pay and Remittance.
  • Deep dive into targeted customers, formulate sales plans, review and track pricing regularly, and achieve branch goals.
  • Collaborate with the BU team to set target customer groups for cash management business and tools, visit customers, and develop opportunities together.
  • Periodically, run incentive and pricing programs for targeted customers to increase average deposits.
  • To support Corporate Banking Team in sales solutions and service the payments and cash management, coordinate with GTS from HO, Operations, TMO, HO GMB and clients on all payments service and cash management business requirements, ensure clients satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Shared branch targets with RMs to achieve number of new accounts, NII deposits, total effective deposit customers and average deposit etc.
  • Maintain high service standards for corporate banking customers and ensure end-to-end daily transactions meet client satisfaction. Communicate with the cross-department to discuss transaction related application forms and policies

Key Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Cash Management.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties.
