• Back office operations relating to Payments.
• Conduct daily activities accurately.
• Process clients’ payments instructions.
• Review and process incoming funds receipts.
• Process non-clients’ payments instructions.
• Investigate and resolve cash breaks.
• Participate in process reviews and implement improvements.

Job Scope

• Back office operations relating to Payments booked and supported out of the Hong Kong and Singapore Booking Centres.
• Conducting daily activities professionally and accurately and ensuring all guidelines/policies are followed to mitigate any errors or losses to maintain operational excellence.
• Processing of clients’ payments instructions received from the front office, which includes outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheques.
• Reviewing and processing incoming funds receipts.
• Processing non-clients’ payments instructions received from Finance.
• Investigation and resolution of cash breaks assigned.
• Participation in process reviews and implement workflow improvements and UAT testing when required.
