  • Greet patients and manage admissions and discharges.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and answer enquiries at the nurse station.
  • Monitor and restock medical and administrative supplies.

Job description
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: Full-day shift.

  • Saturday morning: Rotating shift (Required to work once a month).

    There is completion bonus and performance bonus (subjected to performance) after 12 months.

Core Responsibilities

1. Patient Admissions & Discharges

  • Admissions: Greet patients, verify documents, assign beds in the system, and prepare admission packs/ID labels for doctors and nurses.

  • Discharges: Process discharge/transfer paperwork, ensure all billing charges are entered, and fax medical summaries to relevant agencies.

  • Meals: Manage patient meal requests and dietary changes via the electronic system.

2. Administrative & Ward Support

  • Documentation: Maintain and file patient case notes in the correct sequence. Ensure all data entry and billing are completed within 72 hours.

  • Enquiries: Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and walk-in enquiries at the nurse station.

  • Appointments: Coordinate follow-up appointments (TCU) and book emergency ambulances when requested.

3. Inventory & Maintenance

  • Supplies: Monitor and restock stationery, housekeeping items, and medical consumables.

  • Maintenance: Submit and follow up on repair requests for ward equipment (BME) or facilities.

  • Environment: Ensure the nurse station and ward trolleys are clean, tidy, and organized.

4. Financial & System Management

  • Billing: Accurately record nursing charges and medical supplies in the patient’s charge form.

  • Systems: Update the Visitor Registration System (VRS) and Bed Management System daily.
