A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate for the role responsible for providing front counter services within Diagnostic Imaging. The role includes appointment booking, registration, ordering, and handling customer queries and feedback. Candidates should possess a minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with credits in English or an ITE Certificate in Office Skills. Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Rotating shifts and weekend work may be required.
Your key role is to provide Diagnostic Imaging’s front counter services, including appointment booking, registration, ordering, billing and the handling of routine frontline customer queries, feedback and complaints. You will be cross-trained in another area of administrative work as part of your career development.
