Counter & Reception Service

  • Handle patient enquiries, face to face and via phone.
  • Perform patient registration electronically and collection of payment.
  • Ensure Request forms and checklist are prepared before patient turn up for Radiological examinations.
  • Assist to process medisave account.
  • Handle the process of CD/ films/ Radiological report requests.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Coordinate the patient’s flow by working closely with external department colleagues (e.g., SOC consultation, Inpatient, etc.).
  • Make pre-appointment calls to remind patients of appointments (e.g., MRI appointments).

General Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstations, reception counters, and patient waiting areas at all times.
  • Actively participate in process improvement projects to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
