Company Overview

Physio & Sole Clinic is a leading homegrown practice integrating the best of Physiotherapy and Podiatry. Our mission is to deliver high quality care to our patients through effective communication and ethical clinical practice. We have 9 locations across the island. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our expanding team!

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre using online clinical management systems and via mobile phone apps
  • Oversee clinic inventory, stock ordering and clinician scheduling
  • Maintain overall clinic cleanliness and tidiness
  • Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line
  • Account for handover and closing of counter payments
  • Attend to client requests and escalate to higher management when needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be confident in handling administrative work using Word/Excel, computer and mobile apps
  • Able to work flexible shift hours and locations (according to monthly roster)
  • Team player and motivated individual
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bonus Skill/Experience: Customer Service and receptionist experience of at least 1 year
Working Hours

Weekdays Shift Hours: 9.15am - 6.45pm / 10.45am - 8.15pm
Saturdays: 8.45am to 6.30pm
Closed on Public Holidays

- 5 Day Work Week (Off on Sunday and 1 weekday)

- On-The-Job Training provided
