Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Business Office to support business office operations and provide close support to the Finance function within a healthcare / care services environment.

This role is well-suited for candidates with cashiering, billing, admissions, and financial assistance experience, particularly those from public service, healthcare institutions background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial counselling and guidance to clients and families
  • Handle client enquiries related to admissions, services, billing structure, and payment matters
  • Manage end-to-end admission processes, including:
    • Bill estimation
    • Client data collection
    • Service agreement documentation
    • Deposit collection
  • Create, maintain, and update client registration records in the system
  • Perform cashiering duties, including:
    • Collection of payments via credit card, NETS, cash, and cheque
    • Issuance of official receipts
  • Generate monthly invoices and ensure timely payment collection
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and elevate prolonged overdue accounts to management
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and operational processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance function
  • Coordinate and manage visit requests to the facilities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
