Job summary

A luxury retail company in Singapore is seeking a Brand Ambassador responsible for supporting retail operations, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are energetic, proactive individuals with strong sales and communication skills. This position requires working 35 hours a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary

• Monday - Thursday: $14/hr
• Friday - Sunday: $16/hr

Job Description

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador.
• Achieve Individual sales and Store sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store.
• Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints.
