Job summary
A local educational organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage program operations and support student development through mentoring and customized programs. The ideal candidate will build positive relationships with students, provide para-counselling when necessary, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role is critical for fostering students’ social and emotional competencies and must adhere to legal guidelines and organizational practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes.
- Interact with students regularly through mentoring support.
- Build positive relationships and contribute to students' holistic development.
- Observe, identify and listen to students' key needs.
- Provide para-counselling support for identified students.
- Plan customised programs in consultation with the leadership team.
- Manage or liaise with stakeholders including beneficiaries and parents.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.
- To interact with the students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support for students.
- To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
- To observe, identify and listen out for some of the key needs of the students.
- To provide para-counselling support for students who have been identified with potential issues. If deemed necessary, the students will be referred for appropriate interventions.
- To plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs and integrated to CampusImpact's efforts in character developmenet in consultation with the Programme Executive and leadership team at CampusImpact.
- To manage or liaise with stakeholders, which includes beneficiaries, volunteers and parents.
- To act in all respects according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the leadership team at CampusImpact.
- You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
