Job summary

A local educational organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage program operations and support student development through mentoring and customized programs. The ideal candidate will build positive relationships with students, provide para-counselling when necessary, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role is critical for fostering students’ social and emotional competencies and must adhere to legal guidelines and organizational practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes.
  • Interact with students regularly through mentoring support.
  • Build positive relationships and contribute to students' holistic development.
  • Observe, identify and listen to students' key needs.
  • Provide para-counselling support for identified students.
  • Plan customised programs in consultation with the leadership team.
  • Manage or liaise with stakeholders including beneficiaries and parents.
Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.
  2. To interact with the students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support for students.
  3. To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
  4. To observe, identify and listen out for some of the key needs of the students.
  5. To provide para-counselling support for students who have been identified with potential issues. If deemed necessary, the students will be referred for appropriate interventions.
  6. To plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs and integrated to CampusImpact's efforts in character developmenet in consultation with the Programme Executive and leadership team at CampusImpact.
  7. To manage or liaise with stakeholders, which includes beneficiaries, volunteers and parents.
  8. To act in all respects according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the leadership team at CampusImpact.
  9. You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
