Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver engaging and authentic workshop experiences to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable time while creating refined jewellery pieces

Role & Commitment Period

Position: Part-time Jewellery Workshop Instructor

Minimum Commitment Period: 1 weekday and 1 weekend, 8 days per month (Minimum 1 year)

Working Hours: 9:30am - 7:30pm (9 hours shift, including 1 hour lunch)

Salary: $12-$15 per hour

Meal and travel allowance provided

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and conduct workshops.
  • Ensure workshop safety and proper tool usage.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties.
  • Effectively convey instructions and address any questions.
  • Provide clear demonstration and guidance during workshops.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging workshop atmosphere, offer support and encouragement to participants throughout the jewellery making process to enhance workshop experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the team in providing bridal consultations during events and fairs.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus but not required.)
  • Previous teaching or workshop facilitation experience is preferred, but not required
  • Hands-on experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively teach and guide workshop participants of all skill levels
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Willingness and positive learning attitude
