Outlet & Relationship Management
  • Negotiate and secure rental contracts with outlets to obtain optimal space for product placement.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned outlets to ensure smooth collaboration.
Stock Management & Merchandising
  • Replenish stocks to maintain product visibility and availability in stores.
  • Retrieve dairy products from the chiller room for timely display.
  • Ensure all products, information, and promotional materials are presented according to company guidelines.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Promotion
  • Implement and optimize the placement of Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) at strategic in-store locations to maximize brand visibility.
  • Actively promote products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and drive sales. (where relevant).
Sales Operations & Administrative Support
  • Attend bi-monthly sales meetings at the office.
  • Travel daily between multiple stores within a designated geographical cluster.
  • Support ad hoc sales activities and perform other tasks as assigned by the sales department.
Working Hours and Benefits
  • Working Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Transport reimbursement: up to SGD 128 per month (with receipts).
  • Mobile phone reimbursement: up to SGD 50 per month (with receipts).
  • Uniform is provided.

This provides hands-on retail merchandising experience in the FMCG industry, specializing in confectionery and snacks. You will manage product displays, ensure stock availability, support promotional activities, and build strong outlet relationships.

The role involves traveling between multiple stores, engaging in brand activations, and supporting sales operations, offering valuable exposure to retail trade practices and field sales. Converting opportunities across corporate clients, store managers, retail partners, promotional vendors, and distribution partners.
