1. General Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the drink stall.
- Assist with daily drink preparation and stall operations.
- Ensure smooth workflow during peak and non-peak hours.
2. Cleaning Responsibilities
Preparation & Counter Area
- Clean and sanitize counters
- Wipe down machines and equipment
- Keep work stations tidy and clutter-free.
Floor & General Area
- Sweep and mop stall floor regularly.
- Clean spills immediately to prevent hazards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy customer area (if dine-in).
4. Waste Management
- rubbish bins frequently and ensure proper disposal.
- Rinse and clean daily.
- Separate recyclable materials (plastic bottles, cartons) when required.
5. Customer Service (If Required)
- Take orders politely and accurately.
- Handle paymentif trained.
6. Opening & Closing Tasks
Opening
- Set up ingredients, topping containers, and machines.
- Prepare ice, tea bases, or coffee for the day.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are ready.
Closing
- Clean and sanitize all machines and counters.
- Clear and dispose of leftover ingredients safely.
- Sweep, mop, and tidy the entire stall.
- Switch off all equipment properly.
9. Additional Duties
- Assist in simple drink prep during busy periods.
- Support team members with ad-hoc tasks.
- Any other duties assigned by the stall owner or supervisor.
