Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and prices.
  • Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
  • Manage online payment gateways, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team and cross-department teams to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Process online orders from all online domains and manage order tracking and delivery status.
  • Pack orders and coordinate order processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering queries, educating customers about products, and handling feedback.
  • Drive e-commerce strategy, evaluating technology alternatives, mobile applications, and third-party sales channels.
  • Execute other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Familiar with E-Commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Computer savvy with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly initiative with positive energy and a proactive attitude towards learning.
  • Able to work on weekends.
  • 5 days work week.
  • Part-Time: $13 per hour
  • Full Time: $2200 - $2600
