About the Role:

Join our Call Centre team to be the first point of contact for our organization. You will be responsible for professionally handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls) promptly and in accordance with our policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all caller information
  • Route calls and inquiries accurately to the appropriate internal departments
  • Accurately update contact details and information within the Call Centre System
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Report any faults with telecommunications equipment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • NITEC or equivalent in any discipline. A Diploma will be recognized for senior positions
