Job description

• 50% commission paid as a w2 employee: Commission includes material

Responsibilities

• Interior and Exterior painting and staining of residential properties and some light commercial properties
• Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer
• Provide extraordinary customer experience in addition to quality work
• Maintain your own non-branded vehicle and equipment
• Utilize 360 Painting marketing materials such as vehicle magnets and shirts
• Complete necessary jobsite paperwork
• Maintain safety and job site cleanliness
• Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff

Qualifications

• Prior painting experience (six months) and/or growth mindset
• Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated
• Drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable
• High Energy and Durability

Compensation: $27.50 - $32.50 per hour
