Job Title: PA & Administrative Executive
$3,500 – $4,500 per month
Location: Suntec City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- License and Permit Application: Coordinate and facilitate the car importation and registration process, including documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
- Coordination Tasks: Liaise with car dealerships, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of registration procedures.
- Process the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) registration and bidding, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Generate reports and maintain records pertaining to car registration activities, Manage and organize registration documents, records, and databases accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processes for registration fees.
- Travel Management: Assist with all aspects of business and personal travel, including itinerary planning, logistics, and on-ground arrangements in multiple locations. Manage CEO's calendar and facilitate meetings, including welcoming of overseas guests
- Administrative Tasks: Handle occasional office-related responsibilities such as name card printing, document preparation, email correspondence, maintain office supplies and meeting coordination.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car registration regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements in Singapore.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Must be able to write and communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese language.
- Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field
- Experience in automobile industry is preferred
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
- Highly meticulous and able to work independently within timelines
- Able to travel when required
