Job Scope - Service Crew/Food Production in Haji Lane

Prazena is looking for reliable, energetic and warm service crew members to support and oversee day-to-day operations at our Haji Lane outlet! This role is perfect for individuals who enjoys hands-on work with (encouraged) opportunities for self-autonomy. You will be involved in food preparations, service operations, maintaining cleanliness standards whilst delivering a warm and memorable experience to people around us.

We highly encourage and are looking for creative individuals who sees operational gaps/ideas or any ways to improve collectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Product Production, General Food Preperation, Baking, Light cooking etc
• Occasional Cashier Duties
• Drinks, Coffees, Beverages Preperation
• Customer interaction and service
• General Cleaning, Tidiness of work areas etc
• General Inventory Checks
• Opening & Closing Duties Depending on Shift Hours
• Uphold the brand's friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

• Good interpersonal and communicative skills, able to chat with customers

Job Requirements

• WSQ Food Safety Course (Level 1) (Can be arranged after hiring if not yet acquired)
• Willing to commit to 6 day work-weeks.
• Prior experience appreciated but not compulsory

Salary Information

• $2200 Based on 6-day work week (9 Hour Shifts including breaks)
• Over-Time Pay Available,

• Tuesday to Sunday
• Wednesday to Monday

• 9am - 6pm (1pm Lunch-Time Provided)
• 1pm - 10pm (5pm Dinner Time Provided)
