Job summary

A leading staffing company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate. The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Studies, at least 2 years of experience, and skills in customer service with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Oracle or SAP is a plus as well as communication skills in Japanese for interactions with headquarters in Japan.

Qualifications
