Order Management & Sales Coordinator

Join a dynamic team as an Order Management & Sales Coordinator, where your proactive approach and teamwork will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and continual improvement.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold company standards and facilitate effective supply chain management.

  • Actively participate in transparent communication to address and resolve operational irregularities.

  • Drive continuous enhancements in business operations beyond industry standards.

  • Promote and upsell parts to customers based on demand, ensuring alignment with market needs.

  • Proactively manage order processing, claims, and prepare comprehensive reports for assigned customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support operational improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in establishing annual pricing data and business agreements with customers.

  • Support Business Continuity Planning activities as a secondary point of contact.

  • Travel regionally as needed to support operational requirements.


Requirements


  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain.

  • Educational qualification related to the field.

  • Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules), Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with logistics terminology and Incoterms.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management, negotiation, coordination, and presentation abilities.

  • Demonstrated proactivity in improving work processes.

  • Capability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per month as required.
