Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to assist with food processing operations and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves performing machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring cleanliness in the production plant. Candidates should have a minimum NITEC or a foreign degree in Engineering, and the ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment. This is a rotating weekly shift position.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25kg of material.
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants. He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation according to work instruction.
• Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.
• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Check and record net weight digitally.
• Always maintain Hygiene and Safety.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Weekly rotating shift: Mon-Sat: 7am‑3pm, Mon-Fri: 3pm‑11pm, Mon-Fri: 11pm‑7am
• Minimum NITEC or Foreign Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
• Work in Non‑Air con environment.
• Able to lift up to 25kg of material.
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
