Job summary

A leading Food and Beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator. This role involves managing office tasks, overseeing recruitment, and handling cash and payroll duties. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with at least one year of work experience, and must possess a positive attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. This position offers a chance to grow in a dynamic F&B environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of work experience in any industry is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office and operational administrative tasks.
  • File all F&B and financial documents accurately and on time.
  • Oversee staff recruitment and conduct interviews.
  • Handle MOM work pass issues, including applications and cancellations.
  • Arrange basic and refresher food courses for employees.
  • Keep records of coaching, counseling, training, leave, and work-related injuries.
  • Record shifts and leave accurately and promptly.
  • Collect cash bags from stores and prepare checklists.
  • Handle cash counting, sorting, and manage cash floats.
  • Help with processing the monthly payroll.
  • Coordinate F&B promotions and events.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Our client is a global F&B chain operator, originally established in Singapore, with a strong presence in Southeast Asia and over 200 employees worldwide. As the company expands, they are looking to hire an Operations Support Administrator.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
