A leading kitchen in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for a full-time position. The role involves preparing roasted dishes, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring quality in food preparation. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and be available to work on weekends and holidays.

Salary:
Monthly $3300-$3500
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Able to work on Sunday & Public Holiday
-One off day per week (on week days)
-Working hours: 11am-10pm
-Break-time: 2pm-5pm
-Have at least 5 years of working experience
-Prepare a wide variety of roasted delight foods
-Create new and exciting food to customers
-Able to monitor stocks and make appropriate orders within budget
-Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
-Helping each other, train personnel when needed
-Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
