Job summary

A leasing company in Singapore seeks a Customer Liaison to manage operational inquiries and maintain customer relationships. Job description
Customer Liaison & Daily Operations
  • Act as the point of contact for operation-related inquiries (servicing, repairs, accidents etc.) and support 24/7 hotline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure service quality.
Vehicle Servicing, Repair & Accident, Fleet Management
  • Periodical servicing: Schedule periodical servicing, and coordinate maintenance and repair details with workshops.
  • Accident Management: Provide support during accident cases, including managing insurance claims and coordinating repair timelines with workshops.
  • Driver Scheduling: Monitor and arrange drivers’ daily schedules.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare inventory vehicles for delivery, including servicing, bodywork, and quality checks before delivery.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
  • Administrative & Reporting Duties: Handle administrative duties, including system data entry, processing of invoices and traffic summons, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports related to the above-mentioned tasks and etc.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in a Business discipline or equivalent. GCE “O” / “A” level holders with extensive relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Preferably a minimum of 2–3 years of operations experience in the car industry or car rental/lease industry.
  • Driving License: Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, sincere and professional approach to customer service, familiarity and interest in the car market.
