Key Responsibilities

To gain a thorough understanding of project requirements, both explicit and implied.

Account Management
  • Provide full-spectrum account management for HR solutions, including advisory on Employment Act regulations, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
  • Support project management activities for Retail, Events & Exhibitions.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through quality checks (e.g., onsite audits, mystery shopping).
  • Conduct periodic operational reviews with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
  • Manage invoicing processes to ensure timely accounts receivable collection.
  • Assess cost-to‑serve and target profitability margins to establish project plans, resource allocation (including buffer resources), and timelines.
  • Align processes with internal functional groups (e.g., Finance, APB) to facilitate timely payments and invoicing.
Candidate Sourcing
  • Work with the recruitment team to identify suitable sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
  • Screen and select candidates using a structured evaluation approach.
  • Coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates.
  • Manage and administer candidate offers.
Associate Management
  • Handle onboarding processes, including contract preparation, induction, briefing, training coordination, and issuance of work tools.
  • Manage performance reviews and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee contract administration for associates.
  • Implement associate retention and welfare initiatives.
  • Respond to and resolve associate queries related to employment.
Operations Management
  • Act as the operational point of contact for clients and associates.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Manage out-of-scope requests and operational contingencies.
  • Oversee rostering and buffer resource planning.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled onsite visits as required.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely information sharing with clients and associates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes, policies, and project plans.
  • Maintain systematic documentation and records.
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll and billing information.
  • Manage escalations and implement effective service recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislative requirements.
