Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety. The role involves planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement to enhance overall operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff.
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Candidate preferably possesses at least a Diploma or its equivalent. Otherwise, experience rather than formal education can also compensate and is a key requirement.
• Willing to work in the West
• Monday - Friday, 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
