What you\'ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end program operations, including workshops, seminars, networking sessions, and mentorship initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, mentors, healthcare institutions, and research organisations to ensure seamless engagement and impactful collaborations
• Oversee program performance, track KPIs, monitor startup progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive ecosystem growth through strategic outreach, partnership development, and community-building initiatives
• Guide marketing and communications efforts, including newsletters, social media, and industry promotions, to highlight program milestones and startup successes
• Ensure efficient program operations, fostering a supportive and impactful healthcare innovation community

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor Degree level
• 5 - 7 years of working experience in healthcare innovation/ health technologies, preferably with event planning or program management exposure
• Proficient in partnership development, ecosystem engagement, and stakeholder management
• Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
