Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in production management, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Background in precision engineering or metal fabrication is highly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of ISO standards and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations, including safety, machine utilization, and facility layout.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and production workers.
• Drive production throughput, reduce cycle times, and implement continuous productivity improvements.
• Control production costs and optimize resource allocation to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure strict quality control standards and timely delivery of all products.
• Prepare production reports and provide technical support to sales and project teams.
