Role Summary

Manage hazardous waste treatment production lines with evaporation, centrifugation, and filtration technologies. Ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting sales team with technical capacity planning.

Key Duties

• Operate and optimize waste treatment production lines (evaporation, centrifuge, filtration systems)
• Plan production schedules and coordinate resources to meet throughput targets
• Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management
• Provide technical support to sales on capacity, feasibility, and processing timelines
• Maintain compliance with EHS requirements and regulatory standards
• Manage documentation for audits and inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Environmental / Process / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in Industrial Production (hazardous waste treatment, chemical processing, or environmental industries preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with evaporation systems, centrifuges, or filtration equipment
• Strong production planning, team leadership, and cross‑functional communication skills
