Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, the Executive shall assist the reporting officer in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of football operations across venues, events and competitions. Job Description
Venue & Matchday Operations
- Support end-to-end coordination of venue logistics for domestic and international matches.
- Manage matchday setup and teardown, including equipment, signage and accreditation areas.
- Work closely with stadium partners, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of all operational requirements.
- Assist in developing and executing venue checklists, runsheets and post-event reports.
Logistics & Inventory
- Oversee movement, transportation and storage of match and event equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track all operational assets.
- Support warehouse optimization and ensure efficient use of space and resources.
Vendor & Workforce Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors for logistics, setup, catering and support services.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, including volunteers and interns for matchdays and events.
- Support procurement processes such as quotations, PR/PO tracking and vendor evaluation.
Safety, Security & Accreditation Support
- Assist in implementing safety and access control measures during matches and events.
- Work with the security and accreditation leads to manage BOH (back-of-house) and restricted zone operations.
Administrative & Planning Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents for management review.
- Contribute to planning meetings and cross-departmental coordination efforts.
- Continuously improve SOPs and workflows for greater efficiency and consistency.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations or Senior Manager, Operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in event operations, logistics, or venue management (sports background preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive team player with a high level of initiative.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or logistics management systems will be an advantage.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
