Build effective relationships with local networks, including patients, referrals, suppliers, and medical professionals, to address service delivery challenges swiftly.

Serve as the primary contact for site consultants and oncology specialists to foster collaborative relationships.

Take charge of financial management, including the preparation and oversight of the annual budget and capital maintenance plans.

Partner with the Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth by promoting site services and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Implement and evaluate clinical governance and risk management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Address reported incidents and feedback by developing and executing improvement plans.

Manage the accreditation process by ensuring compliance with recommendations and conducting audits.

Review policies and procedures to ensure best practices are upheld for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
