What You’ll Do:
  • Be the key person in charge of day‑to‑day school canteen operations.

  • Lead a small team of part‑time staff and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while minimizing food wastage.

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health compliance at all times.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff and administrators.

  • Handle daily revenue tracking, reporting, and operational oversight.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experienced in hospitality, catering, or school canteen operations.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
