Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a key operations professional responsible for managing the newly implemented OMS/PMS system and overseeing customer onboarding processes. The role involves trade life cycle management, data administration, cross-functional improvement initiatives, and supporting reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties and collaborate effectively with compliance and other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary person for newly implemented OMS/PMS system (Broadridge), handling all business lines and trades.
  • Manage customer onboarding, including document collection, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee trade life cycle management, including contract notes, custodian instructions, and invoicing.
  • Administer customer and market data, and manage trade bookings.
  • Participate in cross-functional business process re-engineering and improvement efforts.
  • Assist with client, management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Support other administrative matters as needed.

Secondary person in charge of the Operations for brokerage (equities, fixed income, structured products, and other listed and unlisted securities) and funds distribution business arm of Conduit Group and System administration expert of internal system (Broadridge system)

Key responsibilities

The primary job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Primary person for newly implemented OMS/PMS system (Broadridge). To be system expert to handle both the OMS and PMS modules, taking into account all business lines, products, customer activities and trades.
  • Customer onboarding management including document collection and review , customer due diligence and risk assessment. Liaison with Compliance to obtain final approval / refusal of business and sign off.
  • Trade life cycle management including contract note generation, custodian instruction, reconciliation, pre-matching and fails management, monthly invoicing and collection.
  • Data administration covering customer and market data , and trade booking .
  • Participate in cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts .
  • Assist with client, management and regulatory reporting
  • Provide support on other administrative matters / back - up duties as needed
