Job description
General Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Extract, validate, and analyze datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Develop and present data visualizations and reports to highlight trends, patterns, and actionable insights
IT Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff movement and ensure appropriate access control rights are assigned and maintained
  • Conduct regular reviews and housekeeping of access control records to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Liaise with IT vendors to coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Manage IT-related procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of required equipment or services
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail & numbers
  • Proficient in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Has an inclination towards planning, analysis and improving operations
  • Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential
  • Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentation
