General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Extract, validate, and analyze datasets to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Develop and present data visualizations and reports to highlight trends, patterns, and actionable insights
IT Coordinator Responsibilities
- Monitor staff movement and ensure appropriate access control rights are assigned and maintained
- Conduct regular reviews and housekeeping of access control records to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Liaise with IT vendors to coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Manage IT-related procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of required equipment or services
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail & numbers
- Proficient in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Has an inclination towards planning, analysis and improving operations
- Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentation
