About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and logistics while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, regulated healthcare environment.

Job Description
  • Assist Operations HOD in facilities management, delivery fulfilment and supply planning.
  • Ensure operations on a day-to-day basis are able to meet the required and relevant standards (e.g. GDPMDS, Operations SOP).
  • Liaise internally (among Departments) and externally (e.g. suppliers, transporters), building positive and resilient relationships.
  • Support overseas work requirements as delegated by the Operations HOD.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant subjects (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Facilities Management) are preferred.
  • Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
