The Business Operations Analyst supports organizational efficiency and growth by analyzing business processes, operational performance, and data-driven insights. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, support strategic initiatives, and ensure operational alignment with business goals.
Operational Analysis
Analyze business processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and evaluate operational requirements from stakeholders
Develop process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data
Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and trends
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, automation)
Assist in designing and implementing new processes or system enhancements
Measure impact and ensure improvements deliver measurable results
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and IT teams
Translate business needs into analytical or operational solutions
Support change management and adoption of new processes
Assist with business planning, forecasting, and operational strategy
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making
Support vendor evaluation, cost optimization, and resource planning initiatives
