The Business Operations Analyst supports organizational efficiency and growth by analyzing business processes, operational performance, and data-driven insights. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, support strategic initiatives, and ensure operational alignment with business goals.
Operational Analysis

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

  • Gather, document, and evaluate operational requirements from stakeholders

  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation

Data & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data

  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and trends

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership

Process Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, automation)

  • Assist in designing and implementing new processes or system enhancements

  • Measure impact and ensure improvements deliver measurable results

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and IT teams

  • Translate business needs into analytical or operational solutions

  • Support change management and adoption of new processes
