  • Prepare fund valuation and performance reports.

Job description

The firm seeks to add a qualified candidate to its existing operations team. You will be required to work as a team member handling theday-to‑day operational matters of the firm.

These matters include:
  • Handling settlement of all trades, monitor, control, investigate and rectify trade discrepancies (if any).
  • Monitoring of Corporate Actions and updating investment team accordingly.
  • Updating the portfolio management system, and generating portfolio reports as required.
  • Performing cash management & Stocks reconciliations.
  • Computing management and incentive fees.
  • Preparing fund valuation, performance reports, and factsheets.
  • Providing administrative support to the firm.
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies/Skills/Profile:
  • Diploma / Degree in a business or finance-related discipline
  • With or without experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
  • Self‑motivated, committed, and enthusiastic
  • Team player and have good people skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected
  • Familiaritywith Bloomberg terminal and relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Immediate or short notice preferred.
