A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage production orders and invoices using SAP. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in admin or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry. You'll be responsible for cost transfers, departmental analyses, and creating management reports. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth.
Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices
Conduct departmental cost analyses and draw meaningful insights
Create production plans and reports, and management presentation decks
Understand and resolve basic HR and business-related issues
Other ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.
