An Investment Firm is looking for anOperational Due Diligence Specialist to join their Private Equity Real Estate team.

This is a lean team of 2, supporting the Private Equity Real Estate, Operational Due Diligence (PERE ODD) business. You will be responsible for leading any governance-related initiatives for the PERE business. Working with both internal and external stakeholders to perform for the role, you will lead in ensuring that any JV vendor operational processes/practices are in line with regulatory and internal business standards. The role will require someone with an internal audit/controls/governance experience with a keen eye for identifying change initiatives.

The ideal candidate comes with 6 years relevant experience from an internal audit background, preferably from Real Estate/Funds/Asset Management. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be a pre-requisite for the role. Self starter, ability to work independently and be a strong team player at the same time.
