  • Support operations teams with training on new tools or processes.

Job Overview

An Operations Solutions Manager is responsible for improving the company’s operations by designing, implementing, and managing solutions that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and support business growth. They act as the link between operations, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse current processes and identify areas to improve productivity.
  • Develop new operational workflows, SOPs, and automation solutions.
  • Implement tools or systems to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance trends to ensure targets are met.
  • Understand business problems and design practical operational solutions.
  • Lead projects that introduce new processes, technology, or service models.
  • Test new solutions and refine them based on feedback.
  • Track operational data and generate performance reports.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize operations.
  • Work with sales, finance, HR.
  • Support operations teams with training on new tools or processes.
  • Work with clients to customize operational solutions when required.
  • Manage a team of coordinators, supervisors, or specialists.
  • Ensure the team follows SOPs and meets service standards.
  • Coach team members and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Handle daily operational issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Quickly resolve bottlenecks affecting service delivery.
  • Manage escalations from clients.
