Job description

This is Turkish ice cream/delight company. We are searching for a reliable, innovative BusinessOperations manager to handle smoothly operations at our Turkish delight’soutlet. The candidate should be familiar to Turkish traditions, culture,products and should have working experience in Turkish confectionery business.

Manage overall operations and is responsible for theeffective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control,and safety measures. The experienced operations manager will ensure safe andefficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas ofbusiness processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunitiesto expand business. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance withcompany's policies.

Operations manager duties and responsibilities may includeplanning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing withemployee’s performance appraisals; addressing employee performance andcorrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budgetof the company in collaboration with the director.
