Overview

Adecco is partnering with one of the region's leading luxury logistics companies to source top talent for their growing operations. They are currently looking for a Shipping Executive (Export) to join their team. This role will involve managing export shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery for their prestigious clients.

Location: Changi. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM (Rotational). Permanent, full-time opportunity. Salary package: up to $4000 + VB.

Responsibilities
  • Export Documentation - Prepare, review, and manage all export paperwork (shipping documents, export permits, HAWB labels, seal numbers) with accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Regulatory & Customs Compliance - Ensure compliance with export regulations by coordinating with customs brokers/authorities, monitoring tariffs and laws, and verifying adherence to company and statutory standards.
  • Quality & Accuracy Control - Conduct checks on documentation and cargo details to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the export process.
  • Logistics & Shipment Coordination - Plan and oversee transport, warehousing, and scheduling of export shipments; liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
  • Customer Support & Communication - Respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and deliver effective solutions to maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Possession of prior experience in air freight operations will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
