• Support day-to-day operation and coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment & information with Customer Services, Crating Dept. and Safety Team.
• Supervise movement and installation of machinery by Movers.
• Oversee the execution of the job including Toolbox Briefing and closing the job with customer confirmation.
• Monitor and ensure work team comply with specified requirements.
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
