Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Prior experience with POS/terminal device configuration is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service tasks and update progress records.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on-site.
• Plan and schedule deployment or retrieval of terminals.
