Job description

Job Requirements:

(1) Must possess comprehensive capabilities in production organization.

(2) At least 5 years of experience in curtain wall engineering management.

(3) Proficient in the complete curtain wall construction workflow, with on-site project management capabilities.

(4) Possess strong organizational coordination, communication skills, and field experience, adept at mediating relationships with general contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders, and capable of identifying and resolving on-site quality and safety issues.

(5) Possess a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

(6) Proficient in construction organization design, labor management, quality control systems, and material management.

(7) Proficient in curtain wall construction techniques and project management workflows, with demonstrated expertise in project safety, quality control, and schedule management. Comprehensively familiar with engineering acceptance standards and relevant legal regulations.

(8) Proficient in both Chinese and English communication, with strong written and oral communication skills for external use.

(9) Proficient in using various essential office software.
