The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Admin to be part of our Parts & Accessories team. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.

Job Description

• Generate purchase orders to principals and suppliers, ensure that orders are correctly receive into system upon parts arrive from oversea shipments or local supplies.
• Updating of goods receipt information into warehouse’s system and releasing the required documentation to support warehouse’s operations.
• Processing of supplier’s, service provider’s invoices, etc., obtain HOD approval and arrange with finance department for payment.
• Generate system invoices, credit notes and processing parts claims.
• Maintain and update data onto a common database to share with various sections and departments.
• Provide professional customer service and admin operations support on the handling of all day-to-day enquiries.
• Work closely with parts sales & warehouse teams to continuously fine-tune and improve administrative work processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assignment.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
