Office & Business Centre Assistant (Part-Time: Mornings Mon-Fri, 3 to 6‑Month Renewable Contract)

Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) [AAIS]

AAIS is seeking a proactive and organised Office & Business Centre Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office and business centre. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys supporting a variety of office activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff the visitor reception counter and provide front‑line assistance
  • Manage meeting room bookings and usage
  • Support room and event setup for training sessions, seminars, and other activities
  • Prepare usage reports and liaise with Finance for billing and documentation
  • Manage office access control and maintain security protocols
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate with service providers
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Other related duties may be assigned
Requirements
  • Singaporean
  • Strong preference for those who can start work in February 2026
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, and/or operations
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data and documentation handling

  • Work Location: Seletar Aerospace Park
