Job summary

A local marketing firm in Singapore is seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Manager. This role includes managing office documentation, assisting with e-commerce operations, and processing online orders. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong organisational skills, and basic computer proficiency. This is a full-time position based at the Head Office.

Qualifications

We are seeking a responsible and organised Office Assistant to support daily administrative, operational, e‑commerce, and order fulfilment activities at our Head Office (HQ). The role provides administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Manager, and assists with online order processing and packing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to General Manager and Operations Manager
  • Handle office documentation, filing, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports
  • Support coordination between HQ, departments, and outlets
  • Assist with e‑commerce platform operations and backend updates
  • Process, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch
  • Coordinate with logistics or courier partners
  • Maintain basic inventory and stock records
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary School / ITE / Diploma qualification
  • At least 1 year of administrative, operations, e‑commerce, or fulfilment experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage
  • Able to perform packing duties
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and responsibly
