Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified accountant registered in Singapore to join our team, overseeing full-cycle accounting operations while supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or above) and be proficient in driving, as occasional off-site administrative tasks are required. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations. Handle monthly/quarterly/annual tax filings, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and corporate income tax preparation.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable: track payments, reconcile with clients/suppliers, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Manage company bank accounts, including daily transactions, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting to support financial decision-making.
  • Maintain organized financial records (vouchers, ledgers, reports) and assist with internal/external audits by providing required documentation.
Administrative Support
  • Handle daily administrative tasks: supplies procurement, meeting coordination, document distribution/filing, and visitor reception.
  • Perform off-site errands (e.g., submitting documents to banks, IRAS, or suppliers) using a company or personal vehicle (valid Singapore driving license required).
  • Assist with HR-administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Hold a Singapore-recognized accounting qualification, e.g., CA Singapore (Chartered Accountant of Singapore), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with Singapore local registration), or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of local accounting experience in Singapore, proficient in full-cycle accounting and familiar with SFRS, GST filing, and corporate tax compliance.
  • Proficient in Singaporean accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 or above driving license; able to drive independently for work-related errands.
  • Strong administrative skills: detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
